Students who successfully complete a minimum of 14 graded UIUC semester hours and who have earned a minimum of a 3.65 grade point average will be placed on the Dean's List for that semester.
Students are ineligible for the list if an NR (not reported grade) or an I (excused grade) appears on their Grade Report form. However, after the grade has been cleared and the student meets the requirements for the Dean's List, the student should notify the Dean's Office to ensure that their name will be added to the Dean's List for that particular semester.
