Mike Raycraft promotes Sapora Symposium on WCIA
Recreation, Sport and Tourism department clinical associate professor Mike Raycraft appeared on WCIA-TV on Thursday morning to promote the 16th annual Sapora Symposium, which will be held Nov. 14-15 at Memorial Stadium on the campus of the University of Illinois.
Raycraft said the symposium is a tribute to former Illini and NFL star Red Grange, considered one of the most important figures in the creation of the NFL. Thursday's opening day of the symposium features a panel of Red Grange scholars.
